Ayonna, the proud owner of Flex Athletics, embarked on her cheerleading journey as a child in Florida. From competing in recreational cheer, sideline high school cheer, and college cheer programs, her passion for cheer never wavered. After a decade of experience, she followed her heart back to her first love, Cheer. Striving to give athletes to cheer at different levels from different background all at a lower cost. With her initial location in the hometown area, Ayonna strives to create a space for athletes to Lift Each Other Higher.
